These qualifications do not constitute veterinary qualification.

Purchases made through Amazon are subject to Amazon’s own terms and policies.
Signed copies sold directly
Signed copies may be sold and shipped directly within the United Kingdom.
For direct purchases:
- Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery
- Buyers are responsible for return postage
- Items must be returned in resaleable condition
- Refunds will be issued once the returned item is received
Damaged or faulty items will be replaced where appropriate.
9. Digital Products
Graveney Equine sells digital products including downloadable guides, templates and educational materials.
These products are sold on a one-off payment basis.
Upon purchase:
- Access to the digital product is provided immediately.
By completing the purchase you:
- agree to immediate delivery of digital content
- acknowledge that you waive your statutory 14-day cancellation right under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.
Because digital products cannot be returned once accessed:
- all digital sales are final
If a file is faulty or inaccessible, a replacement file will be provided.
Digital products are licensed for personal use only.

- upload them to file-sharing platforms
- distribute them in online groups
- resell or republish them
Unauthorised distribution may result in legal action.

Consultations do not replace veterinary advice.
Where veterinary concerns exist, veterinary guidance should always take priority.
